The Game Signal

Privacy policy

Effective October 12, 2026

Account information

If you create an account, The Game Signal uses Supabase to process your email address, authentication session, and a unique account identifier. Your account identifier is shared with RevenueCat so subscription access can be recognized after you sign in. Saved projections and notification preferences remain stored locally on your device.

Sports information

The app requests schedules, scores, team records, and available market information from an external sports-data service. The service may receive standard network information such as your IP address and device request details.

Purchases

Website subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat Billing, with Stripe acting as the payment gateway. Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and synchronized through RevenueCat. The Game Signal does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Advertising and analytics

The current release does not use behavioral advertising or third-party analytics. This policy will be updated before either is introduced.

Deleting your data

You can delete saved picks individually inside the app. Removing the app or clearing its storage removes device-local data. For deletion of account or subscription records, submit a request through the support page. Payment records may be retained where required for financial, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

Children

The Game Signal is intended for adults interested in sports analysis and is not directed to children.

Contact

Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the support page and the support contact listed with The Game Signal in the applicable app store or purchase receipt.
